Francesca Bianchi is originally from Australia where she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2010. She worked professionally in theatre for ten years, her last theatre performance being a year-long tour of Willy Russel’s Educating Rita, where she played the title role of the Liverpudlian hairdresser, Rita. In 2017 she moved to Canada to pursue a career in film and television.
Within one month of landing in Canada, Francesca was scouted in an acting class and began training to become an on-set dialect coach, a role she now has enjoyed on several shows such as, DC Legends of Tomorrow, See and The Twilight Zone, to name a few.
As far as her acting career is concerned Francesca has enjoyed roles on several network series and movies such as, Project Blue Book, Get Shorty, The Order, Charmed, Murder Ever After and Making Something Great. Francesca us now in 2021 joining a stellar team of educators at VAS and is so excited to share her knowledge of this craft to the next generation of artists.
